Who we are
Hello, I'm Trinity Founder of Joy & Java Coffee Cart and the person who will be serving you a latte at your event with a smile on my face.
The idea for Joy and Java was born from something I've loved my whole life: bringing people together. Growing up, my family always had people over, friends, neighbors, anyone really, and the gathering always happened over dinner or a fresh cup of coffee. That feeling of warmth, of being welcomed, of belonging, that's what I want every single guest at your event to feel.
I started working as a barista in early 2023 and quickly realized that coffee was the perfect vehicle for what I really love: hospitality. In 2025, Joy and Java officially launched and every event since has felt like an extension of that family table I grew up around.
My goal is simple: when your guests walk away from our cart, I want them to feel celebrated.
And I'm Joshua, Co-Founder, Trinity's dad, and the backbone behind every seamless setup. I handle the logistics, the setup, and the breakdown so that by the time your guests arrive, everything is perfectly in place and ready to serve. Our shared love of hospitality and creating meaningful experiences for people is what drives everything we do at Joy and Java, and there's nothing I love more than watching this dream we built together come to life.
