Joy & Java Set-Up for a wedding.

Planning a wedding in Tampa Bay is a full time job. Between the venue, the flowers, the catering, the DJ, and the approximately ten thousand other decisions you are making simultaneously, the last thing you need is a vendor that adds stress instead of joy.

That is exactly why booking a coffee cart should be one of the easiest things you do.

At Joy & Java, we have worked hard to make the entire process as simple and seamless as possible. So if you are curious what it actually looks like to add a mobile coffee bar to your wedding day, here is everything you need to know from start to finish.

Step One: The Inquiry

It starts with a quick visit to joyandjavacoffeecart.com. Fill out the Request a Quote form with your event date, estimated guest count, venue location, and a little bit about what you are envisioning. That is it.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. In that first conversation we will talk through your vision, your timeline, and what setup would work best for your specific venue and guest experience. No pushy sales conversations. Just a real chat about what would make your day feel special.

Step Two: Choosing Your Menu

This is the fun part.

Joy & Java offers a full espresso bar experience including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, chai lattes, hot chocolate, matcha, cold brew, and decaf. We rotate homemade syrups each season so there is always something unexpected and delicious on offer.

For all events especially weddings, we love adding custom touches. A custom drink menu in your wedding colors. A signature drink named after the two of you, custom cart sign and coffee cups with your wedding monogram or wedding date! These are the little details that make guests stop, smile, and pull out their phones.

We will work with you to build a menu that fits your aesthetic, your guests, and the flow of your day.

Step Three: Day of Setup

We arrive early. You will never have to chase us down or wonder if we are coming. Our cart is fully self-contained. We bring the espresso machine, the grinder, the beans, the syrups, the milk options, the cups, the supplies. You provide the space and the guests.

We handle setup completely on our own and are ready to serve before your guests arrive. Most wedding setups take about 30 to 45 minutes and we leave a clean, styled cart that photographs beautifully.

We are not just serving coffee. We are creating a gathering point. A warm, welcoming corner of your reception where guests linger, connect, and enjoy something handcrafted just for them.

Step Four: During the Event

Joy & Java prices by the hour, not by the drink. That means every guest gets unlimited handcrafted beverages for the full duration of our service window. No one is counting cups. No one feels awkward asking for seconds. The hospitality is genuinely unlimited.

Our barista is warm, professional, and completely focused on making every guest feel taken care of. We are often told we become one of the most talked about parts of the reception. That feedback never gets old.

Step Five: Breakdown and Goodbye

When our service window closes, we break down cleanly and quietly. We leave your venue exactly as we found it. No mess and no fuss.

Ready to Add a Coffee Cart to Your Wedding?

If you are planning a Tampa Bay wedding and want your guests to leave talking about the coffee, we would love to hear from you. Your wedding day deserves something extraordinary in every corner of the room. Let us take care of this one.
